XPANXION OPENS QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TESTING CENTER IN KEARNEY, NEBRASKA
Xpanxion, LLC, an Atlanta-based global software engineering company, is pleased to announce the opening of a software quality assurance center in Kearney, Nebraska. This Center of Excellence represents the third-leg of Xpanxion’s innovative Cross-Sourcing program, which the company has initiated to provide its clients with an additional option for cost-efficient services that enhance productivity while further ensuring high quality deliverables.
For the past eight years, Xpanxion has operated out of Atlanta, Georgia with its offshore development center in Pune, India. The Atlanta office has been responsible for sales and marketing, product/project management and strategic leadership. The Pune office has been responsible for software development, quality assurance and program management. This division of responsibilities has allowed Xpanxion to provide successful, high quality IT consulting services at highly competitive prices. The new “Cross Sourcing” program combines the best elements of local, offshore and onshore outsourcing. By offering cost-efficient onshore QA services, Xpanxion is able to provide its clients with real-time support and control of the testing and release processes. The onshore QA team performs rigorous user-acceptance testing, along with an extra level of functional, integration, regression, performance, and load testing.
Xpanxion was an early adopter of combining U.S. and India centers for outsourcing operations and is committed to remaining at the forefront of outsourcing advancements. Its Cross-Sourcing model establishes a new standard for distributed software engineering, one that leverages the strengths of multiple geographic locations while reducing some of the risks inherent in the development process.
